I'm a Philadelphia-based private chef and caterer with over a decade of professional culinary experience — and an obsession with making food that people actually remember.
I graduated at the top of my culinary program and spent years working in professional kitchens before I started doing this my way: cooking directly for people, in their homes and at their events, without the noise of a restaurant in between.
My cooking lives at the intersection of technique and soul. I grew up with bold Southern and Caribbean flavors, and I've spent years studying global cuisines — Mediterranean, Latin, Asian-inspired. Whether I'm plating a five-course private dinner or setting a repast for a family in grief, I bring the same level of care to every single table.

Because great food should be for everyone. Don't Forget To Say Grace is a community soup drive and fundraising initiative I started to feed those facing hunger — especially during the holiday season.
The first year, we raised enough to feed 200 people. The second year, we doubled it. It keeps growing, and I don't plan on stopping.
Donations are accepted year-round. Every dollar goes directly toward feeding those in need in our communities. No overhead. Just soup and love.
